**IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – HIGHLAND CLUB & NA MEETINGS**

Due to inclement weather and multiple local churches and facilities closing as a safety precaution, the Highland Club will be closing early tomorrow (Saturday).

The **12:00 PM meeting WILL be held** (last meeting of the day)

The building will close at 2:00 PM*

**All remaining NA meetings for Saturday and Sunday are canceled.**

**Monday meetings are tentative** and updates will be provided based on weather conditions and safety guidance.

*Please feel free to conduct Zoom meetings during this closure period to maintain recovery support and fellowship.*

Our priority is everyone’s safety. Please remain cautious, avoid unnecessary travel, and continue monitoring for updates.

Upcoming Election Process

Please use the links below to review the process in place for the upcoming elections to fill two (2) Board of Directors seats that become vacant in February 2026.

In December 2025, President Eric Wilson appointed a nominating committee in accordance with our bylaws. The nominating committee is responsible for managing the application process and ensuring all candidates are eligible and willing to serve. Findings will be reported to the President prior to the January 2026 Membership Meeting.

Members will have the opportunity to make recommendations and sign up for consideration via poster boards currently located at the clubhouse. These boards can be found on the wall to the left of the Membership Room.

Voting Eligibility

Please note that only members in good standing will be eligible to vote at the Annual Membership Meeting in February 2026.

A member in good standing is defined as a member who is not currently under suspension and is current on membership dues, having paid the last three months of dues. Members may catch up on past-due membership dues before the third Friday in January to be accounted for at the January Membership Meeting (third Sunday, January 18, 2026).

Only eligible members and lifetime members will be permitted to vote in February.
